Recently the French Company ATOS which is based on the business of information technologies has made a deal with the Venture Infotek Company which is an Indian Company situated in the city Mumbai. The ATOS Company has a turnover of more than five billion dollars every year and in order to expand their business they have made this deal in India where there are ample sources related to the business of information technology. According to the sources the deal between these two Companies has been finalized recently and the transfer of money will be done after a few formalities have been completed. According to the France based industry of ATOS it has been looking a location to place their steps in order to increase their profits from the business.
A senior executive of the Venture Infotek Company said that India is a land of opportunities in the field of Information technology which has attracted such a big deal from these foreign investors. The amount of this purchase is almost a hundred million dollars. According to the history of India it is one of the largest deals in the Payment sector which is bigger than the deal in which the ICICI bank had given away some of their departments to another foreign investor for ninety millions dollars. The ATOS Company has already hired about four thousand workers for their new Company venture Infotek and all of them are in India including some from outside the country. After the work in this Company will be started it is expected that the ATOS Wordline will hire more five hundred office workers which will bring revenue of thirty million dollars every year.
