The white collar star Matt Bomer told about the role in “White Collar”, a new TV series. He described the main character and told that he is a dreamy character and a romantic one without losing other typical qualities. He has a relationship with a girl, Kate who is his weakness. His love for her is a vital force which helped him to come in conformity with FBI. “Kate is Neal’s Achilles’ heel,” says Jeff Eastin, the executive producer of the series and further told that he is a sharp and intelligent guy except his romantic inclination.
He told that before creating the basic theme and the character of the series he revisited many other shows e.g. Rush hour, 48 hours having typical characters that go for aggressive probes but TV is totally different media than theatre. On TV, the team spirit and mutual understanding among actors is more inevitable than theatre where two people who even hate each other may yield good performance.
The series is weaved around the basic idea of collaborative work of an FBI agent and an offender and how together they deal with the crimes. Tiffany Thiessan is playing the role of the wife of Peter who is an FBI agent and a nice woman who supports his husband in every type of stressful situation. She told that the story mostly swings around the two guys, Neil and Peter. The role of Peter is of a person who is meticulous guy and that of Neil who is sharp and witty.
Many have speculated that “White Collar TV Show” is going to hit high rating in very near future.
