Zion Curtain
Salt Lake “Zion Curtain” is going down as for those who live in Utah are familiar with this law. On Tuesday the first part of foremost tremble to Utah’s liquor laws starts. Many believe it the major fix in Utah’s alcohol improvement in 40 years. Before we go any further allow me to tell you what “Zion Curtain” actually is. For those who do not know anything about “Zion Curtain” law.
If you are in state and went to a restaurant in Utah you are will see a partition between the restaurant and the bar, which is generally and commonly known as “Zion Curtain” and this Tuesday it came down. Some considers that by approving that part of Senate Bill 187 starts this Tuesday will help alter one of the disgrace that give Utah the standing as a idiosyncratic diffident state, and it seems like that the Governor of the state likes it, most restaurants and bars are in favor even the Saints from Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day have approved this change to remove the “Zion Curtain”.
The bill 187 also says that instead of “Zion Curtain”, new restaurants must build a detached additional area to hide liquor from minors, and the intrusting thing is that it is the first part of the Bill 187 which measured to be the most comprehensive liquor reorganization of Utah in last 40 years.
The state of Utah will also change the system of private clubs, under this law if anyone wants to buy a drink you will not need any membership of the private club, where as new electronic I.D. scanners will be provided to find out if you are underage or a legal buyer. This change will be effective from 12th May, 2009 including the “Zion Curtain” as a part of Senate Bill 187. Whereas all the private clubs of Utah state will be implementing the change from 1st July, 2009.
